First Post!!

I wanted to share a story about last night. I was laying in bed at about 9:30pm. Matt came to lay in bed with me since he had to be up at 4am for work. Baby Koch usually goes crazy at this time and is very active. He was kicking me really hard and frequently. I grabbed Matt's hand and quickly put it on my belly where he was kicking. On a normal day, the baby would quit kicking and Matt would get mad because he couldn't feel kicks. Well, that did not happen last night. The baby was kicking so hard it actually hurt pretty bad. No more than 2 seconds after Matt had placed his hand on my belly, the baby gave a big kick. I could actually see Matt's hand move!! He was so surprised at how strong the kicks are now. Before they were very weak and barely noticeable, but now they are amazingly strong! Matt started to laugh and said "Holy Crap! He really kicked you hard!" The baby kicked a few more times pretty hard and Matt would keep laughing after every kick. In the past couple weeks, I would tell him that sometimes the baby kicks so hard it makes me nauseated and he would just brush it off as me being a drama queen. Now he finally got to feel what I was talking about. We talked for a while in bed about the baby and how exciting it is going to be to finally meet him.  I love dreaming about what our life is going to be like with a baby.  That's all for tonight.
